Fa irGstaad: (Gstaad at present: The richest tax evasion haven per capita on this planet?)

Since 2004 we try to sensitise local people of Gstaad (Hill station in Switzerland) who are giving refuge to ca. 120!!! very rich tax-refugees. They come to Switzerland, because here, they have to pay nearly no tax – compared with that, what they should pay in their homeland. Between different countries, they (the very rich) can choose, where to live; they can deal with the authorities to finally pay as much ‘tax’ as they like to pay. The problem of these habits are not, that they get richer and richer that way – but the money, they do not pay, is missing in other areas – people somewhere are just starving because of that! This is one of the reasons, why the poverty reduction cannot work on this planet! It is one-dimensional, if ‘experts’ want to half poverty until 2015 (UN-Goal) without analysing the constant doubling of extreme wealth of very few individuals.

The aim of the actions in Gstaad is, that locals start to understand, that it is also harmful for their own culture and their wallet, if they accept these harmful practices. The former president of Gstaad  -  Mr Andres Hurni -  declared 2008, that it is not fair, if the richest people get tax-subsidies.

FairDavos(WEF)

Since 2002 an intercultural procession is taking place to the “Thought stone for all”. Year after year we try to convince the CEO’s and other managers of the WEF (World Economic Forum), that balance cannot be found on this planet, if we force economic growth - instead to further and support mental growth…The WEF- Commitment (Improving the state of the world) can only be realized, if growth is based on needs - not on greed!
